This is a small studio, run by one person. I collect as little as I can, and I don’t sell or share anything for advertising.
What I collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number if you give one. When you write through the contact form or sign up for the newsletter: your name and email address.
I never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, and your card details go directly to them.
What I do with it
Your order details are used to make and ship your order, to email you about it, and to keep the records I’m required to keep for tax. Your email address is used to reply to you, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it.
Who else sees it
Only the companies needed to complete your order:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- The print lab that produces your print — they receive your name and shipping address so they can send it to you.
- Shipping carriers — your name and address, to deliver the parcel.
That’s the whole list. Nothing goes to advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and visitor statistics
The shop sets cookies so your cart remembers what’s in it and so you can stay logged in. Visitor statistics are collected with GoatCounter, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking anyone across sites. There is no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel on this site.
How long it’s kept
Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the bottom of any newsletter.
Your choices
Write to me and I’ll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it — apart from the order records I have to keep. If you’re in the EU or UK, those are your rights under GDPR; I’ll honour the same request from anyone.
Getting in touch
Send a message through the contact page. I usually reply within 2–3 business days.
