These are the terms for buying from this site. They’re written plainly because I’d rather you actually read them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when I confirm it by email. If something is priced wrongly or is no longer available, I’ll contact you and refund you in full rather than send you something you didn’t choose.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are set by your own country and are yours to pay; I have no control over them and can’t estimate them for you.
Making and shipping your order
Prints are made to order, so allow time for printing before shipping begins. I’ll email you when your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are estimates — once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of my hands.
If you order several different pieces they may arrive separately, because sizes and materials are produced differently.
Colour
Screens vary. The colour you see on your monitor or phone won’t match a printed piece exactly, and paper and canvas render the same painting differently. This isn’t a fault and isn’t grounds for a refund.
Returns
All sales are final. Damaged and incorrect orders are covered in the Return and Refund Policy.
Copyright
Every painting on this site is hand painted by Tiffany Love. No artificial intelligence is used to make the work.
I keep the copyright in all of it. Buying a print or an original buys you the piece, not the rights to the image. Please don’t reproduce, resell, print, or use the artwork commercially, and please don’t use it to train a machine learning model. If you’d like to license an image for something, write to me — the answer is often yes.
Commissions
Commissions start with a conversation and a 50% deposit, which secures your place in the schedule. The balance is due before the finished painting ships. Commissioned work isn’t refundable once painting has begun.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
